Paid Internship – Freelance Accounts Manager (Petalnex Private Limited)
Location: On-Site (Mansehra Office)
Duration: 3-Month Paid Internship (with possibility of extension)
About Petalnex:
Petalnex Private Limited is a leading IT services provider with offices in Pakistan, Dubai, and Canada. We work with international clients, delivering custom software solutions, digital marketing, and web development services. We also manage freelance accounts on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and PeoplePerHour to generate business leads for both Petalnex and our clients.
We are looking for a motivated and self-driven Intern to manage our freelance accounts and assist with project bidding, client communication, and account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage freelance profiles on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and PeoplePerHour.
- Search for potential projects and submit well-crafted proposals on behalf of Petalnex and clients.
- Communicate with clients through freelance platforms in a professional manner.
- Handle client queries, project requirements, and negotiations effectively.
- Keep freelance profiles updated with the latest portfolio and service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand technical requirements and draft appropriate proposals.
- Track and manage ongoing projects, deadlines, and payments on freelance platforms.
- Provide weekly reports on account performance, including project bids, responses, and conversions.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field (students in the final year of their degree are encouraged to apply).
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of IT services, web development, and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to research, write proposals, and handle client interactions professionally.
- Basic knowledge of project bidding strategies.
